Good evendrrr!

This blog entry is drrrred in English, because it's about our "Fife o' clock tea" or "High tea" today!

As we inspected the kitchen earlier in the afternoon we found some auspicious things there: flour, a lemon, lemon oil, sugar, salt,... and an adamantine female shooing us out of the room and closing the door behind us!

But we are smart dillos. We waited... and half an hour later, she opened the door again and said: "Hey there, if you prepare tea for us, you will disclose the secret which is hidden in the baking oven..."

So we prepared tea - in addition she told us to fetch red jam and clotted cream out of the fridge... OH! That sounds like...

Oh! Drrr! She FINALLY made SCONES today!
(She was talking about it for weeks!)

Well, so we had a very nice Tea Time today!

The recipe:

250g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g soy margarine
150ml oat milk
1 teaspoon sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 flask lemon oil

And for the non-vegan replacement for original clotted cream: curd cheese mixed with cream cheese and vanilla sugar.
